Sole, Spirit and Xterra elliptical ramp lube and sole treadmill lube.
If for Xterra or Spirit treadmills let me know when purchasing as they take a slightly different lube and I will send that one for you.
Great for all other treadmills taking 100% silicone lube.
Let me know if you need for treadmill or elliptical and I can send instructions with the lube.
It's very important to make sure your elliptical ramp is lubed and your treadmill belt is lubed every 2-3 months.
