    EXCEL classic hot rod black (SATIN) is a two component acrylic urethane single stage coating. It mixes 4 to 1 with 401* regular activator or 402* slow activator. Hot Rod Black is an excellent coating for restoration, striping, coating frame, engine compartments, or any place a primer like coating is needed. This coating is formulated to withstand the same atmospheric conditions as any single-stage urethane system.
