Pretty straight forward....charge or start your cars batteries with these by connecting them properly to their respective +/- charges.  I've had these for years, have used them dozens of times, and I'm selling them because I now live in NYC, I don't have a car, and they are just taking up space.  Guaranteed to work.
They just don't make them like they used to:  Clamps works perfectly, VERY tight clamp-action, and firmly attached to a heavy duty NON FRAYED NOR DAMAGED cord.  Great, solid vintage set, likely to outlive us all.  Please see all pictures, which should be self-explanatory
